Your complaint will be treated fairly, confidentially and with respect.

FFX will:

Respond to your e-mail within 1 working day and issue a reference number for future correspondence.

Endeavour to resolve the complaint within four working days.

Contact you on the said date if the complaint has not been resolved to issue you with a name of a contact and telephone number of a higher authority at FFX.

Contact you to apologise and provide reassurance that FFX will do all it can to prevent the problem from occurring again.
