SANDRA PLYWACZ, 25/06/2023Great saw, The 3* are because of vibration and also the battery holder is a bit stiff, so getting the batteries in/out needs a lot of force, in fact banging the back quite hard while holding the button down. The vibration is really really quite high , in fact I used Stihl safety gloves , i have for a chain saw , and after a few hours , Morning of continuously use, pretty much cutting branches of various thicknesses - i had a big blister on the inside of my thumb
