Simpson Strongtie JHM175/47 Joist Hanger Masonry 165mm x 47mm x 1
The Simpson Strongtie is a pre-galvanised, mild-steel Joist Jiffy used to connect solid sawn joists, trusses and engineered joists to masonry walls or steel beams. The Joist Jiffy would be used mostly by trade professionals. The top flange provides the widest area in contact with masonry support, allowing superior performance. Embossments on the joist hanger stiffen the top flange. The holes allow improved mortar keying. The Joist hanger side flange is much higher than traditional style, providing greatly enhanced resistance to joist rotation. The joist has built in inspection slots at the base of the hanger. Supplied as a single unit.
